Join hands to create new materials for YOEO

On January 30th to February 2nd, 2024, Professor Taha Mohamed Taha Mattar, a metallurgical technology expert from Egypt, visited Zhejiang YOEO New Materials Co., Ltd. to discuss work and cooperation matters with the company.
Professor Taha Mohamed Taha Mattar is a senior metallurgical expert in Egypt. After graduating with a PhD, he successively worked at the Central Metallurgical Research and Development Institute in Egypt, Southwestern University in France, RWTH Aachen University in Germany, Carnegie Mellon University in the United States, and the Tabin Metallurgical Industry Research Institute in Egypt. The current founder and co chairman of the International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering in Egypt, founder and chairman of the Annual Academic Industry Forum on the Egyptian Steel Industry Challenge, member of the Council of the Egyptian Heat Treatment Association, and member of the Scientific Committee of the Calabria International Policy Research Institute in Italy. Professor Taha has long been engaged in research and development in areas such as steel smelting, chemistry, and materials science. He has conducted in-depth research on the entire steel smelting industry chain and has achieved fruitful results. He has rich experience in team building and management.
After Professor Taha arrived at the company, he was warmly received by the friendly team. Both sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the development outline of new products, the planning of the YOEO Research Institute, and the trade of stainless steel products between China and Egypt. At the symposium, General Manager Dong Zhenyu introduced the company's existing R&D platform and expressed his desire to jointly build a technology team with strong research capabilities through the introduction of external experts and internal talent training mechanisms. Professor Taha's joining can promote international cooperation of YOEO New Materials in the field of steel, and we believe that YOEO New Materials will have greater breakthroughs in the field of stainless steel new materials in the future.
Professor Taha also visited the company's factory area to gain an on-site understanding of the company's equipment and processes, and discussed topics such as the company's product outline and stainless steel new material research and development with the company's technical team and external expert Professor Luo Hong from Beijing University of Science and Technology (attending online). Professor Taha has great interest in the work and deep cooperation of YOEO New Materials, and is confident in the future development of YOEO New Materials.
